Power Half Rack
This is the real deal. We’re talking strong enough for the strongest people in the world. And impressive looking. Great for squats/lunges, bench press inside the rack, overhead press, pullups, and actually great for rows and RDLs because you can load the bar while it’s on the crash bars and then prep your lift, take one step back and do your set. I’ve personally bought 3 of these and it’s the only half-rack I will purchase in the future.
You get the crash-bars (“spotter arms”) too. While this is many grades higher than the power rack, keep in mind that this has no back and so safety requires you to stay over the crash-bars.
