Xtraining 1500 bar – Dual Marks
If you want a step up in quality for Olympic lifting, this is your go-to. The marks, the knurling, the spin – all are way better for Oly than the 1000# Powerbar.
This bar is also great for squatting and deadlifting, though I might still prefer the 1000# powerbar for deadlifting since I like its knurling a little better. Also, since this bar spins really smoothly, it can sometimes make bench pressing with it a little dicey. So really, this is a great second bar. I don’t think it replaces a powerlifting bar.
